Booths will receive a structure like the one shown in the above image as well as:
1 table and 2 chairs
Electrical plug accessibility
WIFI Internet Access is available with the host hotel for aprox 10USD per day

When is Set-up Breakdown for booths
Set up is: Thursday February 12 @ 20:00Hrs
Breakdown is Sunday February 15 @ 15:00Hrs

When is the deadline to have my handouts be included in the souvenir congress bag?
A day before the congress at 11:00AM. Please be aware of this time, so we can provide you with the best service possible.
