How much does a booth cost?

What size will my booth be?

3 x 2 meters, which is approximately 10ft x 7 ft?

What does my booth include regarding utility furniture, electrical power and Internet access?

Booths will receive a structure like the one shown in the above image as well as:

1 table and 2 chairs

Electrical plug accessibility

WIFI Internet Access is available with the host hotel for aprox 10USD per day

When is Set-up Breakdown for booths

Set up is: Thursday February 12 @ 20:00Hrs

Breakdown is Sunday February 15 @ 15:00Hrs

Shipping Address for handouts and Printed materials

If you are arriving the day of the congress you can also send your advertisements by mail.

When is the deadline to have my handouts be included in the souvenir congress bag?

A day before the congress at 11:00AM. Please be aware of this time, so we can provide you with the best service possible.

 

Where is The Congress held?

The congress is held in Mexico City (International airport code MEX)

Where to Stay? (Hotel)

It is recomended that the exhibitors stay at the hosting hotel which for 2016 will be Hotel Fiesta Americana Reforma. Please contact info@ama-mexico.com for discounts available for exhibitors.
